How often should I work out?

This is a common question that I usually get from many beginners.

Truth is, there is no magical number.

You have to try and figure out what works for you.

It usually depends on your experience, too.

It isn't unusual for an advanced athlete to work out up to 12 times a week.

On the other hand, beginners tend to benefit from 3 to 4 workouts a week, gradually increasing the number of workouts as they advance.

That being said, you have to test it yourself or talk to a specialist so you can figure out the best formula for you.
