Many people often ask me about coffee.
Is it healthy? Can it hurt me? How much should I drink?
Moderation is key.
Coffee can definitely improve your lifestyle.
It is a “tool”. And “tools” should only be used when something is “broken”.
Coffee can be a life saver after a sleepless night, when you have to go to work.
It can also ruin the next day if you drink it in the evening and can't get no sleep.
It is all about the circumstances in which it is consumed.
If you have heart problems, maybe drinking 6 coffees a day is not a good idea.
